The National Tea Fair(全国茶品評会) is a historic Sencha competition in Japan that has been held since 1947.
Tea farmers from all over Japan exhibit their best quality tea leaves into the competition, aiming to win the prize.
The main ingredient of Unkai no Yoake is tea leaves exhibited at The National Tea Competition, produced by Houkou-en.
Hokou-en's tea farm is located on a steep mountain slope, and in the early morning, we can see the sea of clouds "Unkai". It is the best place for the taste of tea, resulting in tea with a powerful flavor and vitality.
